Daily Deviation

Given 2014-03-21
With excellent execution, White Killer conveys the predator and prey, two insects fantastically captured by TheKasta. The detail is amazing as we get a glimpse of a bug's life. ( Featured by 3wyl )

This is an amazing shot. Over all I would give it Star! Star! Star! Star! Star!
I just love the close up and the angle of this shot. The way the fly looks like it's desperately hanging onto life and the murderous look in the mantis's eye really makes this photo work. Great job!

Wonderful composition and incredibly crips focus. Admirable.

The placement of the pseudo-pupil makes it look quite pensive... "Excellent bouquet, slightly on the creamy side, with a nice, fresh aftertaste ...almost like bee..."

I used to have a praying mantis. Every time I fed it it ate the eyeballs first while the poor thing was wriggling. Oh well, Circle Of Life.
